What should be paid attention to when using Dongguan Mini toggle switch

1. Low temperature operation

When the product is used in low temperature environment, Dongguan Mini toggle switch, such as car radio or car audio in frigid zone.

2. Length of sliding handle

The shorter the length, the better (at least 5mm). Under the condition that the width a of the sliding handle remains unchanged, the shorter the length of the sliding handle is, the better the handle is, and the higher the force point is, the worse the handle is.

3. Drive arm

Do not keep the operating point away from the center line of the sliding handle. For the same reason, the shorter the distance b between the two switches, the better.

4. Use chemicals with caution

Due to the use of synthetic resin such as polycarbonate in the bottom plate of Dongguan Mini toggle switch, the potentiometer should not be exposed to strong atmosphere of ammonia, amine, alkali solution, threohydrane, ketone, ester, halohydrocarbon and other chemicals.

5. Use flux with caution

Water soluble flux should be avoided when soldering, otherwise it will have adverse effects on the metal and other materials that make up the toggle switch.

6. Solder

Wiring design and soldering method should avoid lead to solder flow to the PC board plane, which will cause poor contact.
